Welcome to the N. Nellis Boulevard Walmart in Las Vegas and the optometry office of Dr. Julie Chang. With vision care services including comprehensive eye exams, contact lenses fittings, routine vision exams, treatment and management of mocular diseases and corneal refractive surgery, Dr. Chang will give you the best possible care to keep your eyes healthy and strong.  With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Chang believes that clear, comfortable vision is your right and her priority.

For you convenience, we are open six days a week and welcome walk-ins.  We accept American Express credit card as well as many insurance plans. Below is a partial list of some of the plans we accept.

JULIE CHANG, O.D.
Dr. Julie Chang received her OD degree from Illinois College of Optometry in 2000.  She is a member of the American Optometric Association and The National Optometric Association.  Dr. Chang is fluent in Spanish and Korean. She has been at this location for 10 years.
